‘V’ is for Voice in V.I.B.E ™: Voice is sound vibration emerging from the body. Our practices in Vibrational healing and tuning include: Bio-Field Tuning, Mantra and Hekau Practice (using words as Sound Of Power from Kemet & India), Soundscaping with Instruments as well as powerful communication tools and protocols to begin speaking our truths and honestly communicating from a healing space and place within ourselves.

‘I’ in V.I.BE. ™ is for Introspection: to ‘in-tro’ ‘spect’ is to go within and begin seeing why all responses and reactions have occurred in our lives. Some of our main tools to practice Introspection are NiGong (internal work), ChakraDhyana (meditations on energy centers within the body), and Kriyas (yogic practices) for creativity and imagination development.

‘B’ in V.I.B.E. ™ is for Breath: the Breath allows us access to truly tune in with our thoughts and integrate sensations/feelings with our physical responses. With practices such as ChiGong (energy work) and PranaYama (way of the life force), we are able to use patterned breath work to access that which is beyond the pattern and gain clarity as to what has always been true: the breath is what we came to this world with and will be the last thing we experience. Therefore, the breath truly is our most valuable gift, giving and receiving in every moment.

‘E’ in V.I.B.E. is for Embodiment: to Embody is to emote through and with our physical form. Once we have activated our cells and organs with Voice and vibration, gone within through Introspection and practiced integration within by using our Breath, we can easily move into using the internal force and expressing it externally through Embodiment rituals and disciplines. When we witness one another in our creativity and expression we are able to hold space & grace for one another to be different together. In the animal kingdom, this is biodiversity and it teaches us how to thrive together.
